Shipping policy

We work to process orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to the Continental United States.  $8.99 for orders up to 5lbs and $16.99 for orders over 6lbs.

Free shipping on orders over $50.00.  We offer free shipping within the Continental United States for orders over $50.00 (not including tax). This offer may not be included with the use of certain coupons or discounts.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.  Please contact Sales@StealthStixx.com for shipping rates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stealth Stixx, LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at Sales@StealthStixx.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
