Sh*t happens…and it’s never a good day when it happens to your favorite rod. After you have a chance to mourn your loss, we’re here to get you back on the water. We’ll partner with you and split the cost of a new replacement rod. That should lessen the sting of slamming the rod locker lid on your precious Stixx.

To make you claim, just cut out the spec label section with the rod info on one side and the Stealth Stixx logo on the opposite side. Send it in with a copy of your warranty claim and proof of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner, so be sure to keep your receipt, or better yet, warranty your rods as soon as you buy them. Then, we’ll have that info on file for you. Be sure to send the following items:
• The damaged rod with a brief note explaining what happened. (We like good tales, but keep ’em believable.)
• Your original sales receipt
• Your return address
• Your contact phone number and email address

For warranty claims determined to be from normal wear and tear, owner accident or neglect, Stealth Stixx offers our customers a new replacement rod at 50% of current MSRP to the original owner. If we no longer offer the exact model, we will replace it with the closest comparable model from our current product line at the 50% MSRP discount. Shipping is included within the Continental United States. All others will be quoted at the time of shipping.
