Refund policy

Return Policy – Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item/items must be unused and in the same condition which they were delivered. Items must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.  If shipment qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the actual shipping costs of the order, not just the returned item.  This is due to the bulk shipping discount received when shipping orders that qualify for free shipping.

Refunds – Once items are received, they will be inspected.  Stealth Stixx will notify customers that have received the returned item/items. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment) used on the order.

Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy – Orders canceled prior to shipping will receive a full refund.  Once items have shipped the order cannot be cancelled. Customers may return items and are responsible for the return shipping costs.
